Katherine Nilbrink — April 28, 2020
"Hike More-Worry Less" - That is the tee shirt Katherine wore while we did this interview and those words couldn't be more apt. Katherine has spent her life living and traveling all over the globe. Her studies in biological anthropology led to fieldwork all over Africa, and her work in this field solidified a lifelong love for this earth and the communities that inhabit it.
Katherine later went on to expand her career by becoming a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Master Certified Health Coach, and is a former instructor for the CNS and eCornell Plant-Based Certificate Program. Through her background in research and academia, combined with her own life experiences, Katherine has helped hundreds of people in the area of food addictions, enabling them to heal their relationships with food, their body, and the planet through the science of nutrition and the power of True Joy.
